Usage: The tube is equipped with 0.129mol/L sodium citrate of 0.32 ml, blood collection to the central scale of 1.28ml, the total capacity of 1.6ml. After the blood collection, immediately reversed 4-5 times, so that the anticoagulant fully mixed with the blood. And then put into the D2010 automatic ESR analysis and red the data after 30 minutes.
